腰痛予防対策講義2016年8月12日

8月8日、理学療法士の方を招いて、腰痛予防対策講義が行われました。普段から利用者様を移乗するなど、腰への負担も大きく、腰痛を抱えている職員もいるため、とても参考になりました。（秋田県社会福祉協議会主催：秋田県介護人材確保対策事業）
